Centering Prayer
Centering prayer renews the tradition of contemplative prayer with a certain order and method. Contemplative prayer is a process of changing on the inside, and it's a conversation initiated by God. It's a type of prayer that becomes more meaningful with practice. Over time, we learn to perceive, relate and respond with increasing sensitivity to God's presence. Please join us for an open heart and open mind. Centering Prayer is open to people of all levels of experience. We use a simple format of a 20-minute silent meditation with some structure. Get to know the church staff and others at Centering Prayer. We'd love for you to join us Mondays at 1 PM via Zoom. For more information, contact Tom Rummel.

HEARTS FOR JUSTICE!
Justice Brunch: Connect, Listen, Learn and Act!
Hearts for Justice brings together friends with a passion for Justice to discuss a different controversial issue, plan actions that bring change in our community, and share a potluck brunch. Depending on group determination, this group may meet in homes or at church campus. Optional activities in the community are encouraged. Non-congregants and those with diverse views on issues are exceptionally welcome. Discussion leadership rotates. For more information, please contact Jude Litzenberger.

Hospitality Team - Sundays and special events
The Hospitality Team provides snacks and refreshments of coffee and punch in the Social Hall following Sunday worship and at special occasions, nurturing fellowship and a warm casual atmosphere for people getting to know one another. One Sunday a month is all that we ask, and Pastor Dan would love to tell you more about it.

Care Team
Our Care Team sends cards, makes phone calls, and visits people
in the hospital or at home who are ill or in need of a personal touch.
If you or a loved one in the area are in the hospital, homebound or unable to attend church, a Care Team member would be happy to come and serve communion and offer prayer.
Please contact Yoko Tanaka.

Audio / Multimedia Ministries
If you can press an "enter" button on a computer or turn a volume button "up" or "down," you possess the basics to help with Audio / Multimedia. Serve on a rotation schedule to work the sound board and equipment or run the PowerPoint presentation for services. No previous experience needed. Clear sound and exciting multimedia all enhance our worship experience. We will show you everything you need to know for rewarding ministry. Please contact Rev. Dan Koeshall (Audio) or Lee Bowman (Multimedia).

Fundraising Team
The Fundraising Team is a group of enthusiastic, energetic people who strive to create fun events that bring people closer to God and one another and at the same time raise funds to support the ministries of the church. Through such events as special dinners, shows and rummage and bake sales, chili and soup cook-offs, a Christmas gift and craft fair, and more, we create an opportunity for fellowship and a culture of generosity. Contact Pastor Dan for more information. New team members or creative ideas are always welcome!

Landscaping Ministry
Help is always welcome in maintaining and cleaning our church property to be inviting to all that we welcome to our church. We are now completing an extensive landscape makeover with a rock garden and rock wall, and native and drought-resistant plants. It has been exciting seeing the major, eco-friendly change take place. For more information, please contact Chase Brooks or Jessie Black.

Feed My Sheep - Food Pantry
For many years we have maintained an active food pantry. Our Feed My Sheep Ministry provides healthy sack lunches to the hungry who come to our door, many of them homeless. Congregants keep the pantry well-stocked. Most needed are convenient snack, pop-top or lunch bag type item: fruit and pudding cups; apples; pop-top Vienna sausages; packets of cheese or peanut butter crackers; cereal and health bars; small packs of nuts or trail mix; lunch size bags of chips or snacks; tiny boxed juices. Items may be dropped off at the Church Office Monday - Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Thank you for being a blessing to those in need. Contact Lee Bowman or Chase Brooks. Our Food Pantry is available to congregants and anyone in need. Just ask to be directed to a team or staff member or call the church office.
